Wagamama restaurants open early in London, launch their first-ever brunch menu

Eight Wagamama restaurants in London are saying hello to the chain’s first-ever brunch menu. The Asian food experts are welcoming hungry customers to put their spin on classic breakfast dishes from 8:30am on Wednesday 17 July.

Delicious items to grab include a succulent chicken katsu waffle, fluffy bao buns filled with bacon and sausage, crispy corn fritters and flavoursome bang bang hash browns. For those with a sweet tooth, there are also smashed croissants, acai bowls, overnight oats and French toast.

The menu follows the classic Wagamama format, meaning guests can order small plates, larger plates or share plates for the table. Iconic London brand Grind provides the coffee, and Jenki matcha is served in regular, iced and strawberry lattes.

No brunch is complete without a few cocktails and Wagamama have put together an excellent selection. Highlights include the Breakfast in Tokyo, a papaya gin mixed with blood orange, yuzu and prosecco, and the Spicy Mary, their take on the classic with added haku vodka, soy, teriyaki and spices. T

There will also be a range of mindful mocktails, including spicy plum, ginger and orange juice and an espresso cola.

The brunch menu is available at Bankside, Battersea Power Station, Bromley, Camden, Covent Garden, Kingston, Southbank and Wimbledon locations.
