Police ask public for tips in Saskatoon’s 11th murder of the year

The Saskatoon Police Service Major Crime Unit is again asking the public for information regarding the city’s 11th homicide in 2024.

They are looking for details, including video surveillance specifically in the area of ​​the 400 block of Forrester Road, including suspicious activity between 2 a.m. and 6 a.m. on June 12.

Early Wednesday morning, Saskatoon police responded to a report of an injured person in Fairhaven. Fairhaven School was closed as police investigated. A 66-year-old man who was found injured died in hospital and his death was ruled a homicide.
