A 20-year-old man was arrested after the Regina Drug Unit, with support from the Regina Integrated Intelligence Unit and the Tactical Support Unit, seized approximately $1.3 million worth of illegal drugs and cash on July 4.

Regina Police pulled over a vehicle suspected of being a drug dealer and recovered the following:

  • 2 ounces of fentanyl;
  • 2 ounces of methamphetamine;
  • ½ ounce cocaine; and
  • cash and other evidence of drug trafficking.

A search warrant was executed at a short-term rental in the 4600 block of Mutrie Crescent. Officers said the search yielded the following:

  • approximately 6 kilograms of fentanyl;
  • more than 5 kilograms of methamphetamine;
  • almost 1 kg of cocaine; and
  • approximately $14,000 in cash.
